Why Did the Support Center Change?

We have updated our support center in an effort to better serve your needs. We understand from time to time there are questions that need to be answered. We also understand the industry and want to allow you to ask those questions when it is most convenient for you. While the previous support page allowed you to directly access our support professionals, our New Support Center allows our support professionals the ability to better access your questions and support requests.

How Do I Access the NEW Support Center?

As with anything “new”, there are going to be a couple of steps needed to take advantage of the improvements. You will need to request access to the NEW Support Center, you just need to submit the request using the Portal Access Request form. 

How Quickly Can I Be Up and Running On the NEW Support Center?

Your request will be forwarded to the Customer Service Department for processing. One of our Support Professionals will set up an access level for you. 

As of March 2nd 2012 we have updated the login process to eliminate the “invitation” process. Once your request has been fulfilled we will be issuing you a login and password.

Also included in the latest updates is open access to our full Knowledge Base Search. Once logged in you can enter new support cases 24/7 or access support cases entered when you have contacted Customer Service.

 

**Important Reminder**

You can always call us! If you have any difficulty during the access request or registration process we have prepared a Getting Started Guide for the portal access process. The Getting Started Guide will walk you through the steps needed to register and access the NEW Support Center.
