Why Did the Support Center Change?

We have updated our support center in an effort to better serve your needs. We understand from time to time there are questions that need to be answered. We also understand the industry and want to allow you to ask those questions when it is most convenient for you. While the previous support page allowed you to directly access our support professionals, our New Support Center allows our support professionals the ability to better access your questions and support requests.

How Do I Access the NEW Support Center?

As with anything “new”, there are going to be a couple of steps needed to take advantage of the improvements. You will need to request access to the NEW Support Center, you just need to submit the request using the Portal Access Request form. 

How Quickly Can I Be Up and Running On the NEW Support Center?

Your request will be forwarded to the Customer Service Department for processing. One of our Support Professionals will set up an access level for you. You will receive an email with the necessary invitation code to proceed. The email will contain a coded link that is unique to your registration. One step in the registration process will require that you register a Windows Live ID©. You are able to register your department email address as a Windows Live ID© or use another email address. (Yahoo©, Hotmail©, etc.) Once you enter the registration process you can even create a new Hotmail© account if needed.

Once you pass through the Windows Live ID© registration process, you will be returned to confirm your invitation by answering a secret question you provided in your access request form.

There you have it... you've logged in and you're ready to go. You can now access the full Knowledge Base Search [KB Search], access your support cases entered whenever you contact Customer Service, even enter a case 24/7.

If you have any difficulty during the access request or registration process we have prepared a Getting Started Guide for the portal access process. The Getting Started Guide will walk you through the steps needed to register and access the NEW Support Center.
